This week, our Health & Social Care students visited Sunderland University, participating in various activities aimed at providing them with a glimpse into degree programs in nursing, physiotherapy, psychology, and health and social care.

S6F Preview is the college taster day on Tuesday 24th June. The day is designed to help you transition from school to college. Grace moved to the local area just after her GCSEs so attending S6F Preview was a great way for her to meet some other students before starting in Sept.

A group of lower sixth students have had a wonderful two-day visit at the University of Oxford for the annual open event. Students were hosted by Brasenose College and had time to explore the beautiful city as well as attending the open day. #OxfordUniversity

Our A Level Chemistry students spent the day at the University of York Chemistry Labs last week. Each student synthesised an aromatic organic solid from scratch and analysed their samples using infrared spectrometry. Thank you to the University of York for hosting us 🙂
