Day 2 of our Safety Culture Conference #SafetyCC23 in #Bristol. Barry Kirwan SAFEMODE presented his Safety Learning Cycle. The cycle starts with data capture of incidents. Then data is analysed, safety lessons are drawn, and risk assessors use these to improve systems.
