Bright #fireball over the UK at 23:39 UT last night! 💫 We got an amazing view from our camera British Geological Survey in Hartland. Fingers-crossed some #meteorites made it to the ground 🤞

Last nights #fireball was recorded on our camera British Geological Survey Hartland, plus Ludiver & Querqueville in France. Looks like we were visited by a #SpaceRock from the asteroid belt! It was widely seen across the UK, but unfortunately no #meteorites this time. UK Fireball Alliance

If you have security cam/dashcam footage, or saw the fireball, do submit a report via @UKMeteorNetwork at: ukmon.imo.net/members/imo/re… Eyewitness info can be really useful for building a picture of the event, and can help teams like UK Fireball Alliance do their work.
