SCS District, the 3rd Annual Alabama Youth Mental Health Awareness Day is on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Thanks to proclamations from both Governor Kay Ivey, this initiative has received statewide recognition. We ask everyone to wear Green on May 7th to support YMHA Day.

Alabama SUN Bucks is a grocery benefits program to
help families buy food during the summer when schools
are closed. Families get a one-time payment of $120 for
each eligible school-age child. Children who get these
benefits can still participate in other summer meal programs.
