Yesterday saw two top of the table clashes in the Prem and Championship. Current Champions S&A drew 1-1 with leaders Woodys at Sandy Lane while Sporting Panthers went down to their first league defeat of the season losing 2-0 to Holbank.

We started our run of cup finals this week first one up saw Sporting Panthers FC win 3-2 against @FleetwoodHeskFC in a cracking match in the Intermediate Charity Cup Final on Monday. Well done to both sides. Some great goals.

On Tuesday, Champions S&A Amateurs made it a league and cup double beating Clay Brow Athletic 4-0 in the Derrick Ramsden Cup final. Some great football on show from both sides.

Well done to CrosbyXI on winning the Mike Butterworth Cup beating O.P.S Football Club 3-1. Great to see both sides in the final and good contest as well.

Woodys claimed the Senior Charity Cup after a 2-0 win over Clay Brow Athletic last Thursday.

A reminder for all teams to affiliate asap. Fixtures can not be done for the new season until all clubs do so. The planned start for the new season is Sunday September 3rd or 10th for Charity Cup ties and league campaigns will begin on Sunday Sept 17th.

The new look league tables for the 2023-24 season are now up on our website. First set of fixtures will be up in the next week or so. Keep an eye out!
