Year 6 have enjoyed learning in the forest school today, being creative and making art in the sunshine! 🌞

We couldn’t resist another visit to the beach, so we popped over after our round of crazy golf! 🌟🌟🌟

Robinson class had a fantastic time at a recording studio today, recording our song about friendship. We got to have a tour of the studio, used the recording equipment and helped John to record it in the control room.  Watch out everyone, we are shooting for that stars! 🌟🌟🌟

Wow! We have had a fantastic morning touring Osborne House, Queen Victoria’s holiday home, and finding out about her and her family. Lunch on her private beach and now skimming stones in the sea!! 🌟🌟🌟

Lions and tigers and bears!!! What an amazing wildlife sanctuary ensuring animals are cared for! 🦁🐯🐻

Reception have started writing their reports about themselves, to give to their new Y1 teachers. They’ve also been recording addition and subtraction facts for the seaside stories we’ve been telling. They’ve also started their Kandinsky concentric shapes artwork. 🌟🌟🌟

So much fun at the theatre this evening- singing, dancing and LOTS of laughter!!! 🌟🌟🌟

Year 4 string performance was fantastic! It was amazing to see how well they have done over the course and how skilled they are! The concentration from the children when performing was amazing!! 🌟🌟🌟

A great day at Black Gang Chine! Rides, play, water fights and lots of fun!! 🌟🌟🌟

Wiggins class have been in the garden today, we tidied the weeds and pulled the rhubarb, ready to make a crumble!  We met some of the tadpoles that have made a home in our pond, we could see some of them had little legs and are turning into froglets! When will they be frogs? 🐸

What a superb disco!! 🪩 So much fun, dancing and laughter- memories saved for a lifetime!! 🌟🌟🌟

Matilda's class had a great time playing the djembe drums, exploring rhythm through fun and energetic beats. They enjoyed using the drums to accompany familiar songs, adding a new layer to their music-making.🌟🌟🌟

Today, Dahl class had a great time putting on a fantastic recorder performance to parents and friends. After only nine lessons the children sang and played to an excellent standard showing off their amazing musical skills. 𝕂𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕂𝕒𝕫 thank you 🌟🌟🌟

Year 5 thrilled their audiences with their fantastic ukulele concert this afternoon! What skill they all showed! Thank you to NMPAT for their great teaching!

We’re at the end of our week on the Isle of Wight and we’ve had a fabulous time- exploring, playing, learning and making memories for life! Thank you for the best week ever! 🌟🌟🌟

Year 5 are continuing to enjoy their DT lessons where the children made an elastic band powered car and learnt to use hot melt glue guns. Great work! 🌟🌟🌟

Year 1 had a fantastic day today Woburn Safari Park park. The children were so excited to see all the animals and everyone learnt so much whilst having fun! 🌟🌟🌟

Year 4 had a wonderful visit to the University of Northampton today. It was wonderful to see their faces when they walked in and their artwork was displayed. They have worked incredibly hard throughout the whole Take One Picture project. It was a great morning to end the project.

Wiggins and Robinson class had a visit from Bertie, the pony this afternoon. Although excited, they remained calm and patient with him, each one enjoying stroking him and hearing about how he goes inside his owner’s kitchen at home! What a wonderful experience for us all! 🌟🌟🌟
