Local authorities have a legal duty to make sure children & young people with all types of special educational needs & disabilities get the education they need & are entitled to. If they can't do it, they should tell the Govt, not force families to fight. theguardian.com/society/articl…

It’s #AntiBullyingWeek. Approximately 30% of children are bullied each year with 1 child in every classroom experiencing bullying every day.
