Game 11 | Final #7 Ole Miss: 5 #2 Arkansas: 2 Arkansas is eliminated. Hogs in good shape for a top 8. OM meanwhile rides a big first frame to their third win of the week & keeps adding to their host resume. It’s a moving target but helluva week. Up now: #14 Texas A&M vs #3 LSU

A&M tied the game (briefly) as a throw skipped by 1B into RF. The batter Ben Royo was ruled to be out of the runner's lane on review and called out. Gavin Kash, who led off the inning with a triple that skipped by LSU CF Chris Stanfield, was then stranded as Eyanson struck out PH

Game 12 | Final #14 Texas A&M: 3 #3 LSU: 4 Texas A&M is eliminated and with all likelihood that will end the Aggies season. LSU advances to the semis where they’ll face a red hot Ole Miss squad. That’s a wrap from day 4 and we’re onto the semifinals!

If that was the last time we saw Jace LaViolette lace ‘em up at A&M, tip of the damn cap. A tough year ends with a broken hand. He’ll be a 1st rounder in a few weeks & could’ve ended at that, but gets a pin in a knuckle & plays through the pain just to fight alongside his boys.

Game 13 | Final #8 Tennessee: 0 #4 Vanderbilt: 10 Tennessee is eliminated. They’ll finish 2-1 in Hoover and hope that’s enough for a host spot. Meanwhile Vandy is playing stellar ball and they’ll go for tournament title #4 under Corbs tomorrow. Up Next: #7 Ole Miss vs #3 LSU

Game 14 | Final #7 Ole Miss: 2 #3 LSU: 0 LSU is eliminated. Tigers are in good shape for a top 8. And with their 3rd win of the weekend I'd have a hard time imaging there won't be baseball at Swayze. Rebs are surging the last week and change. That's a wrap in Semi-Saturday!

There has been much made about the Ole Miss host case. (*contractual obligation to remind everyone a big reason for the question marks is it being a moving target) Getting a 3rd win in Hoover helps, but maybe the biggest metric shift? RPI is now up to 10.
