Sedgwick County Wheat Plot Tour is set for Tuesday, May 21!

We will be offering 2 ag-industry bus tours this summer for high school students entering their junior or senior year of high school, or students graduating this May. Registration fee will be refunded to participants upon the completion of the tour thanks to Cargill Cares!

Won’t be too long until wheat harvest. We plan to have results from 3 replicated trials in Sedgwick County, as well as 2 from Sumner and 1 from Harvey

Last week we drilled 6 of the 7 extension wheat variety trials for our area. We have locations near Andale, Clearwater, Haysville, Newton, Buhler, Belle Plaine, and Caldwell this year. 3 repetitions of 28 varieties at each location
