This "real lab" is in my facility actually. It is one phase we use with SHREDmill that is "Form ONLY." When we are training for "FORCE OUTPUTS," hands on the rails help. Scientific Research proves both as it is something I have studied. shredmill.com/research

#SHREDmillLife and #1FORCE2form ALMOST perfect. He has some speed left in the tank. His time to top speed eas 1.9 seconds. Once he learns to increase speed in this phase 3 to 3.5 seconds he will be at his peak genetic capability for speed.

Love these videos Coach! Great form of #1FORCE2form and amazing shapes. The goal here in Gear 3 is all about starting at 45 degrees and progressing up to 75 degrees (approximate).

You you combine sound scheduling and philosophy (like Tony Holler #FeedTheCats) with "acceleration profiling" with SHREDmill Gear 2 and 3 in a weight room, shapes on the track or field will improve and so will speeds.
