Congratulations to our Boys T&F Regional Qualifiers!! -Blake Hughes in the 400m (3rd place) -4x400 team of Hughes, Christian Powell, Logan Page and Kamden Turner (2nd place!) Shia Veach narrowly missed qualification in the 3200 with a 4th place finish. Congrats, boys!

Day 2 of our Youth XC Camp this morning. We are really enjoying working with this group of runners!

We ended our Youth XC Camp today with a 2k timed trial on the course! Everyone did so well. Thanks for a great week, and best of luck with your upcoming seasons!

Day 2 started with our Fire Tower run tradition. 2+ miles out to a 1 mi steep incline...and then back again 🙂

Day 2/3 of camp - team bonding, goal setting, more runs and flashlight relays 🔦

We ended our time at Starve Hollow with a timed trial this morning. Great place, great attitudes, great kids, and a great time!
