First day of Simulated placement yesterday! Great to see so many of our first year student nurses and hear about placements 😀

We have had a fabulous first week of simulated placement having a well earned rest weekend before week 2. Can’t wait to see you all there 💙

Our thoughts are today with the family and friends of Archie Battersbee. We are also thinking of the nursing and medical staff that have been by his side for the past 121 days.

Another fantastic week of simulated placement has begun. Concentrating on communication, human factors, and Annexe A skills in our simulation sessions we have had some fantastic debrief sessions. 💙
