An early start this morning as I jumped in the car to venture up North to support St John Ambulance Cymru - North Wales with the medical provision at Caernarfon Food Festival. Very warm weather here today, staying hydrated will be key for all in attendance ☀️

Today has been our busiest day of events across Wales for St John Ambulance Cymru I had the pleasure of spending the day with St John Ambulance Cymru - North Wales as they covered Caernarfon Food Festival. A massive thank you to every single person who’s been out this weekend supporting communities across Wales.

Today we’ve had over 35 of our St John Ambulance Cymru people out providing medical cover for Gŵyl Fwyd Caernarfon a massive thank you to all who have supported the event, a great and sunny day was had by all 🌞 🏰 🚑 🍴

This weekend we hosted 22 Cadets for our Young Leader and Peer Educator Residential. Cadets learned leadership and training skills as well as having some fun with an escape room, laser tag and a good old camp fire! Well done Cadets, we are so proud of you 😃
