Today, British Transport Police kindly invited us to join a multi-agency training day with London Ambulance Service HART and @londonfire. Joint working is key to our mass public gathering events, and joint training helps us build working relationships outside of events!

Are you ready for TCS London Marathon? Our training day today prepared us for working on the finish line tomorrow, along with core life-saving skills including catastrophic haemorrhage management.

Your finish line medical team are briefed and ready at TCS London Marathon #FinishLine #FirstAid

Morning drills for a cardiac arrest at the finish line, how we start treatment and extricate to definitive care. Train hard fight easy! TCS London Marathon #FirstAid #Medical

The team is gearing up for the #VEDay80 celebrations! We're part of the St John Ambulance England deployment, providing ambulance-level care to the crowds in Central London this morning.

MRT South was at @hackneymoves Half Marathon today, working alongside Enhanced Care Services Ltd. to ensure the most unwell runners got the care they needed rapidly and efficiently.

We have teams supporting the Arsenal Women and Crystal Palace F.C. victory parades today - there to rapidly assess, perform life-saving interventions, and extricate anyone who becomes seriously unwell or injured in the crowd.

Last night, we were at London Stadium supporting the crowd at Sam Fender, and Emirates Stadium for Robbie Williams. Being in the pit allows us to respond to medical incidents rapidly, entering the crowd if necessary. We'll be back for night 2 of Robbie Williams tonight!

Happy International Paramedics Day! Whether it's volunteering in MRT, or joint working with @ldn_ambulance, we are so grateful for their prehospital expertise brought into the event medicine context! Paramedics Day #IPD2025
