On the 19th October between 10:00 and 16:00 at the Cornhill, Ipswich town centre we will be doing interactive demonstrations on how to save people's lives. Also have a look around the ambulance and have a look at the different equipment used.

Today I attended the Hero Run. It was a great day making connections with cadets from Essex Hannah Wright - Essex DCOTY and Essex Police #cadetsonevents

This week I went to Newmarket races to help support there, this was with cadets from all across the region. I also attended a mini rugby event in the Sudbury areaI also went to Layer de la Haye today to provide community engagement and teach CPR to young kids. What a great week!

To celebrate VE Day today myself and Hettie (the badger of the year) attended a service in the Bury Cathedral to remember those who fought in WW2. As well as this Florence was lucky enough to get tickets to the VE Day concert in London through St John Ambulance. #VEDay80

Over the weekend 3 cadets from Suffolk - Jacob, Millie and Ruben attended a CL1 (cadet leadership 1) course in Essex. They gained valuable skills that they will use in all aspects of their lives.

Last week many cadets and even some badgers attended the Suffolk Show. With many being operational and some joining for the parade. It was a fantastic week for all involved and a lovely way to get out into the community. #cadetsonevents #cadets

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Stowmarket cadet unit. Tonight they were working on the Grand Priory subject Ambulance Awareness and did some scenarios to help them understand what paramedics get up to. #cadets

Yesterday I visited Ipswich Nursing Cadet unit. They were working on their ten-hour first aid but still left time for some fun and games at the end. It was a great night.

Yesterday ten cadets and badgers attended trooping of the colour. It was an incredible experience and we were so close to everything. What a life changing experience for all involved.
