Report Out rehearsal for the Portsmouth Hospitals University NHST Surgical Patient Flow out of ED RPIW that has taken place this week. Great collaborative working between Surgery, ED & Ops with representation from the patient collaborative. Hard to believe but this is our 17th RPIW in 25 months!

Well done to all those involved this week for the Surgical Patient Flow out of ED RPIW! The Report Out was excellent. We're excited for the implementation phase to improve the patient journey between ED and Surgery. We can't forget the Festive singalong to finish the week!🎅

Congratulations to the whole team. Really impressive amount of work done in a week, with a clear and realistic implementation plan. Thank you to everyone for being committed and working collaboratively for the good of our patients.
