(1/3) This October, our dedicated staff and volunteer providers delivered affirming care to 145 patients across 236 visits, both in person and virtually. These visits spanned all of our departments - Medical, Counseling and Community Works, and Care Coordination.

(2/3) For those who chose to share, we're examining insurance status, the percentage of those who live below the Federal Poverty Level, and the top zip code of the patients we served, which helps us better understand and respond to the diverse needs of our patients.
