Is anyone else finding the reporting around Bruce Willis frustrating? I keep seeing it reported that he was diagnosed with "aphasia" last year and that this has developed into frontotemporal dementia. This is not how Aphasia works. 🧵

As if misuse of aspiration pneumonia wasn't bad enough, just encountered 'aspirational pneumonia'!
