Cask 5.47 is an enjoyable sipper! Good viscosity and body, with sweet & tart flavours of stewed rhubarb, gooseberry, plums, red grape!

Cask 112.8 is earthy..No wonder it's called "Vegetarian!" .. Notes of beansprouts, shiitake mushrooms, water chestnuts and hoisin sauce!

Cask 28.26 has grassy notes (hay, thyme, cucumber) & fruity sweetness (Orange zest, peach stones, golden syrup, chilli marmalade)! Yum-o!

Cask 64.59 has memorable notes stewed apple and cinnamon crumble with creamy toffee sauce, along with hazelnut praline!
