That’s a winner! SM West Baseball defeats BV High in the State Baseball Semifinals by a score of 10-3. The Vikings will take on Lawrence Free State in the State Championship game at 5:45 PM.

The 3rd place game at 6A State Baseball is about to go final due to a three inning run rule. The Championship game will not start as late as many anticipated. Viking Nation will want to (safely) hustle back to Hoglund

Not the result we were hoping for, but we can’t say enough about how proud we are of SM West Baseball. They fall to Free State 7-1 in the State Championship game and finish 2nd in the 6A State Baseball Tournament. So proud of Coach Reed and the boys.

Shout out to Brooklyn Morrissey and Lauren Edeal for their respective accomplishments at the State Track & Field Championships today in Wichita. Lauren placed 3rd in 6A Girls Shot Put. Brooklyn placed 8th in Triple Jump and qualified for tomorrow’s finals in the 100 hurdles.
