Many of the barriers to data sharing across Europe are because of differing legal interpretations - one of the findings in a recent report from TEHDAS2 joint action bit.ly/3ANJ2uZ

The #EHDS rapporteur Tomislav Sokol mentioned the aim to have a political agreement European Parliament by summer 🗣️"We want to preserve the main principles proposed by the European Commission" but challenge with the EU Council as some smaller MSs are not yet aware of the #EHDS.
