Life with diabetes can feel like a numbers overload. You might feel fine, or like you don’t have time. Maybe you’re not sure what checks you should be getting. But regular diabetes health checks are vital to keep you living life to the full. #DiabetesWeek

From 1 July, some women aged 25-49 will be invited for cervical screening every 5 years instead of 3. This change is based on strong evidence showing that people without HPV are at very low risk of cervical cancer. If you missed your last one, book an appointment with your GP.

Action: Build #community into your everyday life—chat with a neighbour, choose the staffed checkout, walk the same route. Real #connection often starts small. Use tech to engage, not just scroll. Volunteer, join a group, say hello. Little actions make a big difference.
