Teachers matter in mental health education. Research shows that teacher depression literacy is linked to student understanding, highlighting the power of informed educators in shaping youth mental health. Teacher stigma wasn't linked to student attitudes. #MentalHealthAwareness

Support changes lives. LGBTQ+ youth face higher mental health risks, but love, acceptance, and strong adult connections can protect and empower them. Backed by research, support isn’t optional - it’s essential. #PrideMonth #MentalHealthMatters #LGBTQSupport
