Recently, our LLW Group met with Michelle Guy to discuss our Let Us Learn report, emphasising the need for a standardised LLW curriculum. We were delighted Michelle mentioned our report in her maiden speech and hope decision-makers will prioritise students' voices on this issue

Tonight members of our executive were delighted to attend the launch of the TransformED strategy by Education NI in Stormont. We’re excited to see how we can work constructively with all involved to ensure the voices of students are at the centre meaningful change in education.

Having campaigned for Votes at 16 for years in a previous role, to supporting both Secondary Students’ Union NI and Politics In Action on their continued campaigning to lower the voting age, I’m particularly delighted that the UK Govt have actually delivered on something!
