Just spoke to the very first LND boy I ever assessed - now a grown man, aged 23. He’s thriving, moving into his own place, loving his job. Hard to put into words how proud I feel. From boys to men - this is why I do what I do. ☺️

This evening we ran a resilience workshop with our Year 8 boys. They explored real-life challenges, stress, and the “stress bucket” analogy. Each boy reflected, shared, and grew in self-awareness. We ended with their One Show clip - a proud and powerful moment for all.
