Exciting to see the Instituto Nacional de Saúde – INS team in #Mozambique undergoing the evidence-informed decision making (#EIDM) training last week with AFIDEP. This training will help to ensure optimal policy exchange and research transfer of evidence generated by future STAIRS-Sepsis studies.

What a team!! Last week’s STAIRS Telemedicine workshop at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin was a big success thanks to our champions from Ghana and Ethiopia, and invaluable support from The African Federation for Emergency Medicine‘s leadership!
Last week, the STAIRS-Sepsis team in #SierraLeone underwent the evidence-informed decision making (#EIDM) training facilitated by AFIDEP and hosted by Njala University to maximize key stakeholder engagement on advancements expected in #sepsis research over the coming years.
Another STAIRS-Sepsis team underwent the evidence-informed decision-making (#EIDM) training by AFIDEP last week. The University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) team acquired skills on evidence synthesis and stakeholder engagement to optimize the translation of our research outputs to policy in #Nigeria.
Another partner from STAIRS-Sepsis has undergone the #EIDM training facilitated by AFIDEP. This time the ArsiUniversity team brought together a group of 19 stakeholders to strengthen capacity for translating #sepsis research findings to policy in #Ethiopia.
