A very happy birthday to former Swindon Town Football Club skipper Ray McHale. Ray was born this day in 1950. He led the team to the League Cup semi final in 1979/80 and the FA Cup 4th round in the same season. Happy birthday Ray.

Remembering former Swindon Town Football Club manager Andy King. Born this day in 1956. Andy had two spells in charge of the club leading them to the Division Two play off semi finals in 2004, losing to Brighton on penalties. Andy passed away on the 27th May 2015.

Remembering Peter Noble on the occasion of his birthday. Born this day in 1944. Peter was a vital member of the 1968/69 League Cup and promotion winning team. Also part of the Anglo Italian successes the following year. A true Swindon Town Football Club legend. RIP Peter.
