In the few days, officers have caught people in the act stealing this utility wire from neighborhoods impacted by the tornado. These individuals are taking advantage of a terrible situation and have been arrested. We’ll continue to work with our utility partners to investigate.

City of St. Louis will perform two tests today of the Outdoor Warning Sirens. This additional testing will confirm that both siren activation points are operational. The first test is at 11:00 A.M. The second test will occur approximately at 11:15 A.M. THESE ARE ONLY TESTS.

Around 12:30am, we were called to the area of I-270 and Riverview for cars driving dangerously and doing donuts. As officers interrupted the reckless behavior, a Chrysler 300 hit our police SUV head-on. A 22-year-old was taken into custody. Our officers suffered minor injuries.
