Leveraging the TSE Systems PhenoMaster NG platform, Dr. Gurzov’s team Signal Transduction & Metabolism Laboratory explored the regulatory pathways of RPTPs. The research demonstrated that increased expression of hepatic PTPRK elevates glycolysis and activates de novo lipogenesis. Read: nature.com/articles/s4146…
