You should see what is happening to dogs in plain sight on Skid Row in Los Angeles CA and it's been going on for YEARS. Dogs stabbed, force bred, infected, shoved in wire crates in extreme heat, starving, shot and raped. It's shocking how little either party cares about this.

This is how Los Angeles city shelters allow dogs to live. Many don't get out for weeks or months. Sitting in filth. This is a wealthy city in a first world country and nothing is being done to end the horrorific loss of life and suffering. What will it take for America to care?
