Hosted ARC EDB 2022 Fringe session this afternoon. Absolutely incredible turnout and contributions Oh to be able to be yourself unapologetically… I want a world that looks like that and a physio environment as such! Thank you CSP LGBTQIA+ Network 🏳️🌈⚧🏳️⚧️ CSP BAME Network CSPDisAbility Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) #edb

Sameer Gohir How long can that be used as an excuse? We all have to complete mandatory training on diversity, discrimination and current issues. So there is no "unintentional" element most of the time. It is intentional as there is no deterrent #physiotalk

Yes (Sri)kesavan Sabapathy say it how it is!

Then keep YOUR eyes peeled for our own DECEMBER edition of Frontline. Looking forward to putting it all together with Iona अयोन සයුරි སངས་རྒྱས་ ལྷམོ་ @VerityTJ Saadiyah Hussein. This week’s #WeCareWednesday legends are the wonderful OTs, PTs and support workers who volunteered to provide a therapy service across the hospital over the weekends and bank holidays for Christmas and New Year. #collaboration Viv_WXTherapies Clare Tamsitt 💙 Adrian Flynn

Only been in the team a couple months but Heather Probert defo makes the top list of awesome boss’s, it was my pleasure and thank-you for trusting me!

Been eye-opening seeing the response to events in Gaza. Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), my professional body, have a council who state publicly (including at their AGM) that "neutrality" is their preferred approach & they refuse to join calls for a ceasefire as it could "cause offence". Get in the 🗑️.

When World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, Amnesty International, MSF International, & all major humanitarian organisations call for a humanitarian ceasefire but the CSP say "it's complex", it shows uneducated hubris from a healthcare body. I'm not surprised to hear anecdotal reports of lots of physios looking to leave the CSP.
