Today, we hosted a showcase to display our sustainability initiatives incl our newest apparatus, Ladder1, Engine1, Medic1 & 3, with anti-idle technology, new electric fire tools, 4 EVs, and renovated EOC. We even took a few volunteers up in the ladder for the best view of Saanich

We are aware there is a fire in the Sooke Potholes area and it is causing lots of smoke in Saanich. But if you do see a 🔥 please call 9-1-1.
