Beautiful example of a large endophytic retinoblastoma. Good reminder that a pigmented conj lesion isnt always melanoma. Scattered pigmented cells in this case of in situ squamous cell carcinoma is a good example. Here, the neoplastic cells are very squamous-y, which helps. If in doubt: IHC! ๐Ÿ‘€ #ocularpath Great case Charles Eberhart !
