Hey #ORS2025 Annual Meeting attendees! Save the date for our advocacy session on February 8 from 12:45-1:45 PM 🗓️ We're excited to host esteemed musculoskeletal leaders, Drs. Mary L. Bouxsein, PhD and Tamara Alliston, to share their experiences working within the ASBMR 🤩 @ORSSociety

Congrats, everyone! So excited for Christopher Panebianco, PhD and Megan Killian

Definitely don't want to miss this! Thanks Jason C. Marvin, PhD (he/they) 🏳️🌈🇹🇼 Erin Mannen, Ph.D. Dr. Deezy (Sade W. Clayton, PhD) Bonnie Walton for planning such an important session that will inspire Orthopaedic Research Society future advocacy efforts and highlight partnership opportunities with ASBMR AIMBE AAOS and others!

Advocacy, especially science advocacy, is now more critical than ever. Anyone can make a difference; you just need a few tools and skills to be effective. Join us at the #ORS2025 Advocacy Session on 02/08 to learn how to advocate for yourself & for science research. Orthopaedic Research Society

.Donald J. Trump you are trash.

The students had excellent questions for our awesome panel. One student asked “what is one piece of advice you would give us as middle schoolers?” Hear Lance Murphy’s piece of advice! ⬇️👂🏼 #ORSOpenDoor Orthopaedic Research Society

Thank you Jason C. Marvin, PhD (he/they) 🏳️🌈🇹🇼 . You and Paula have done a great job organizing this outreach event!

Ended a jam-packed day at #ORS2025 with talks from Hope Welhaven, PhD and others to discuss interdisciplinary approaches to solutions for OA👏 I am constantly inspired by Hope, who presented on the metabolome of knee OA patients following 18-mo weight loss interventions #ORSSMC

It's been a brutal week for science: -NIH training programs across career stages canceled -15% U.S. National Science Foundation indirect costs cap -Deep cuts proposed for federal science agencies in the President's FY26 budget request In response, @AIMBE has released the 3 advocacy letters below 👇
