Opinion by Scott Babwah Brennen & Zeve Sanderson: “The proposed moratorium on state AI policymaking would be far worse than Congress’s inaction on the issue.” States should not be prevented from enacting policy to protect citizens esp. in absence of fed. law. Dangerous precedent & policy.

We agree Ohio Department of Public Safety. That's why, in our 2025 Roadmap to Safety report, we prioritize enactment of vital graduated driver licensing (GDL) laws, including requirements for supervised driving. Every state has opportunity for improvement. Read more: saferoads.org/wp-content/upl…
