Today we are running our end of life/organ donation simulation day Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA) An opportunity to join with colleagues from @SRFTMajorTrauma and NHS Organ Donation💗🫀🫁 to learn how to manage organ donors and communication at end of life #OrganDonation

Our first scenario focuses on initial resuscitation in the ED Fantastic to see how our scratch teams from ED and anaesthesia rapidly form in a cohesive unit to deliver high quality care.
