1 on 1 reps at Fordham football camp 6/29. I learned a lot from 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗬 𝗕𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗦 Trent Kauffman Matt Rogers and the rest of the coaches that attended. I preformed great across all aspects of the camp including position drills + 1 on 1 reps. More to come.

Getting good boxing training in today 7/3 with Jose Benedicto at Hooked boxing gym. Working on my craft and getting my body right for the season in as many unique ways as I can.

Pass rush work in the sand today 7/3. Working on retracing my feet after my jab and my explosion/swipe on my second step.

Putting everything together at the end. 1% better everyday.
