I get an invite to review a manuscript on 12/21, then on 12/29 an email stating that they assume that I m unable to review at this time. Yea, you are right, it’s holiday break. With how hard it is to find reviewers, you would think I was given a bit more time to respond.

I don’t know why I’m nervous to give a seminar at a school that I didn’t get in when applying for graduate school. Especially since it was mistakes on my part (cold applying/not emailing potential advisor beforehand) and it’s not even the same dept. EE vs BIOSCI.
