An investigation by International Institute for Legislative Affairs, CIN Kenya and Tobacco Control and Health Promotion Alliance reveals BAT Kenya lobbied the government more than 10 times to weaken graphic health warning laws. They even used the Ministry of Industrialization to pressure the MoH to allow unregulated nicotine pouches. #ExposeBATKenya
