It was working Pitlochry Golf as a 14yr old that made me choose greenkeeping as a career. Back today helping prep the course for the second most imprtant Open of the year, the Highland Open! Course is mint.

My last ever day of tournament prep Carnoustie Golf Links for the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. Been fortunate to be part of 31 tournaments in my 21 years here. The team here have delivered every time.

Happy Monday all! We're checking in with #OldCourse Manager, Gordon McKie. Here's a quick update from him whilst out on the fabled Links. #CourseManagerCatchUp

We're up at the stunning, cliff-top #CastleCourse for our #CourseManagerCatchUp. Listen in to hear Jonathan Wood's greenkeeping check in. Please ignore the enviable filming weather... we'll be out there golfing soon enough!

My friend Stuart Griffiths is fundraising for Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance. Check out their JustGiving page and please donate if you can. Thank you! #JustGiving justgiving.com/fundraising/st…

GEO Certified St Andrews Links saved 3,000 Christmas trees from landfill by using them to enhance nearby dune systems. Does this get your vote for Sustainable Golf Highlight of the Month? Check out our pinned tweet to have your say.

What a wonderful wee thing to get in the post yesterday from Robert MacIntyre . Greenkeepers generally don’t seek thanks but it’s always nice to receive it. Top man Bob.
