Delighted to share our group’s integrative cryo-EM and structural MS of PKA type I reset holoenzyme. This exciting work led by Varun (Varun Venkat) and other Penn State colleagues caps a long search for structure of the elusive holoenzyme and highlights ensemble behavior.
