BREAKING: MIT just completed the first brain scan study of ChatGPT users & the results are terrifying. Turns out, AI isn't making us more productive. It's making us cognitively bankrupt. Here's what 4 months of data revealed: (hint: we've been measuring productivity all wrong)

The solution isn't to ban AI. It's to use it strategically. The choice is yours: Build cognitive debt and become an AI dependent. Or build cognitive strength and become an AI multiplier. The first brain scan study of AI users just showed us the stakes. Choose wisely.

Weekly reminder that if you see an em dash in my story it's not cause AI wrote it. AI is using em dashes because it's trained on articles from journalists (who use a lot of em dashes). Not the other way around

A lawyer just compared legal AI trainers to doc review attorneys. Yes, both work with AI in some way. But the skills for doing doc review are entry -level vs skills for doing legal AI training. Not all jobs that work with AI and legal are the same.

Exactly three years ago, I quit a high-paying job I lovedĀ at AmazonĀ to start my own startup. Since then, theĀ business world has flipped. What took weeks in 2022, AI handles in hours now. Quitting today feels like joining an entirely different game. I have spoken to three

The tech usage gap is so wide in my domain. I am a lawyer and work as an AI trainer. I am constantly online. When I try to connect with other solos who are in rural areas, they have no websites, & little to no online contact info. It's so hard to find them. We are worlds apart.

AI interviews are getting better. Today, I did an interview and when my dogs started barking, the AI did not jump to the next question. I could still answer it. In past interviews, my dogs barking made the interview skip to its next question. (I'm aware my dogs are an issue)
