The genome sequence of the Australian filarial nematode, Cercopithifilaria.... McCann K et al., published by WellcomeOpenResearch, wellcomeopenresearch.org/articles/6-259… A nice outcome from a side project, a long long time ago in the Grant-Hedtke Lab at @PAM_latrobe . Very happy for Dr Kirsty McCann 🙌

First day back at Wellcome Sanger Institute started with coffee and great chat with my new boss and biggest supporter Stephen Doyle. He caught me mid-cuddle with this beauty in true “Sarah” fashion.

Not only our latest paper got into Int J Parasitol, but also my idea made the cover of February’s issue. Thank you all for the continuous support Stephen Doyle @phylofacts Cinzia Cantacessi 🇪🇺🇮🇹🇦🇺🇬🇧 Andrea Waeschenbach Science at the Natural History Museum More on metagenomics and all things worms here: sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
