A dementia patient alert is now available on lorenzo George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust please apply the alert to your patients who have a diagnosis of dementia. It will help us to identify where our patients are located within the trust, and most importantly help us to support them and their families.

The Foget Me Not Pathway launched today on Arbury George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. The Pathway aims to improve communication,recognition, & improve overall patient&families experience for those affected by dementia. The Pathway also supports John's Campaign. Victoria Ward will launch tomorrow.

Serenity garden party this morning for our patients George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust it was absolutely wonderful to see everyone singing and dancing in celebration of #DAW2024 so much so that we are going to make this a regular occurrence. Our musicians were fabulous. Thank you to all involved.

The ANS visited Holly Grange Care home today looking at initiatives to ensure ongoing support and education to patients and families discharged from George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. Education on care transition is vital and could prevent hospital readmission.
