Very frustrating to find our missing luggage is down to incorrect baggage labelling from British Airways not one out of ten cases correct and here’s us wondering why our case is still classed as missing. That sticker is attached to a case that’s with us!

Could be worse places! I’m finally tackling this dissertation. Day 2- read a lot, learnt an awful lot and some moments of highs and lows but holding on to positivity and an opportunity to share the work of the our MDT sessions and why I implemented them!
