An exceptional recital. Traubel's voice is molten silver and it's such a treat to hear Vier Letzte Lieder with piano. I love the sweeping drama of the orchestra in the standard, but there's an intimacy to the rarely recorded piano edition that is heartbreaking. Felsner Artists
