18 Rs voting for higher taxes on the rich to reduce the hit to rural health care in their bill. Can’t remember the last time I saw Rs vote for a tax hike like that. Procedural vote would have passed but only 4 Ds supported it after Wyden said it was “a band aid on amputation.”
