A solid week of training for Garrod Alexander capped off at the LAB for the 2025 Midwest Showcase with a first place finish in the Shot Put and new Indoor School Record throw of 57-5 (Prev: Prena @ 57-2 in 2013). On to States in 2 weeks…💪🏽⚡️
2025 Countdown T & F Season Day 3 The ‘24 crew of Tyler Marrogy, brycen anderson, Garrod Alexander, and Nathan_Cody put a dent into the Top 10 List as it marked 1st time in MI history that 4 athletes from one HS earned All-State in a single event. G returns in ‘25 w/big goals
A fun wknd for SR Giovanni Charles who travelled to Boston and New York in back 2 back days to compete at New Balance Nationals (7th Place) and Nike Nationals (4th Place). Congrats to Gio on earning All-American with a new personal best jump of 6-8.75. On to Outdoor Season! 💪🏽⚡️
