All Haunted Generation badges now in stock at the same time - for the first time ever, I think! Including the lesser-spotted "Winter Kids" badge, unseen since 2021...

Watching an old Twilight Zone episode where a man becomes obsessed with a devil machine coin fortune teller. The machine gives generic answers but he becomes paralyzed, unable to make a decision without consulting it. Anyway, some of these episodes are a bit farfetched.

From 1979, electronics retailer MAPLIN published yearly catalogues of electronic, computer, and synthesiser parts and software. The cover art looked like a cross between pulp sci-fi novels and White Dwarf magazine. Argos should have retaliated with Conan the Barbarian covers.

MADE IN BRITAIN (1982): Tim Roth made his explosive acting debut in David Leland and Alan Clarke's astonishing ITV play as Trevor, a 16 year-old racist skinhead. The great Eric 'Sgt Bob Crier' Richard plays his social worker.

SURVIVORS (1990): Colin Finbow's Children's Film Unit was a mirror universe Children's Film Foundation, delivering gritty, hard-hitting films by children, for children. Here, Ian Hogg is a teacher who suffers a breakdown on a school trip and hunts his pupils down like animals...

KING OF THE CASTLE (1977): Another HTV classic, written by Bob Baker and Dave Martin (Doctor Who, Sky). Alice in Wonderland meets Franz Kafka in this nightmarish drama, deemed too scary for the weekday children's slot, and bumped to the Sunday teatime family viewing slot instead.
