I'm glad to join Ruggero Scaturro as co-author of a new report on the effectiveness of sanctions in the Western Balkans. Over the past decade, 166 sanctions have been imposed on individuals and companies in the region. (1/3)

The US has imposed the vast majority of these sanctions—94%. BiH not only has the highest number of sanctions, but those targeted there have experienced the most significant financial impact. (2/3)
